Italian Craft: Ice Cream Making

IWA Modena is proud to invite you on a virtual visit to a small ice cream parlor in the center of Modena, live streamed for your pleasure. To help you discover the traditional, Italian, artisan crafts, we give you  the chance to enter into the unique world of ice cream making directly from the “10 Gusti” shop. Two of our members; Sofia and Rosy, shall discover the secrets to making great ice cream (with 100% natural ingredients) and bring us along virtually to join in this very special online workshop.

The first part will be a demonstration of the process of making ice cream and the second part will be an interactive interview with the shop owner; Roberto Giacobazzi . We expect this event to last anywhere from 1 hour to 1 and a half hours. Please join us for this mouth-watering event !
