Get ready for a day of fun, food, and fantastic company as we come together to celebrate the return of IWAM!

And guess what? We’ve got you covered, rain or shine! If the weather decides to play tricks on us, don’t worry – we’ve secured indoor space, so the fun goes on!

Let’s make this gathering a memorable one, and here’s how:

🥂 IWAM has got your refreshments covered! We’ll provide drinks and snacks to keep you energized throughout the day.

💰 To keep things rolling smoothly, we kindly ask each adult member to contribute 5 euros for entry, or if you’re coming with your entire family, it’s just 10 euros for the whole clan. Your contribution helps us create a fantastic event for everyone!

🌍 But that’s not all – we’re taking a delicious trip around the world! Each member is invited to bring a traditional dish from their country. Make sure it’s enough to share with at least 10 fellow party-goers. If you have dietary restrictions, no worries – just bring a dish that suits your needs.

🌞 Since we’re basking in the beautiful countryside at Agriturismo Santa Maria, don’t forget to bring your picnic blanket for comfortable seating during our outdoor feast.

When you RSVP, please provide the following details:

⿡ How many adults will be joining?
⿢ How many kids?
⿣ The ages of the little ones.
⿤ If the dish you’ll bring will be sweet or savory.

👧👦 For the younger ones, we have a special treat! An engaging kids’ activity with an animator will kick off at 10:30 AM and run until around 12:30-1:00 PM, generously sponsored by IWAM. Your children will have a blast while you enjoy the festivities.

👚 And remember, there’s no need for fancy attire – comfort is key. Dress casually and enjoy the relaxed countryside vibes with your IWAM family.

Cancellation policy: Please note that cancellation with a full refund of your payment is not possible for this event. You are of course free to sell your ticket to another IWA Modena member. In that case, please contact events@iwamodena.org and inform us about the change.
