On Thursday, 7 May we had a great evening of cooking! Under the expert guidance of chef Marchini we cooked risotto with broccoli, red turnips and Greek yogurt and we learned some tricks to cook a tasty, balanced and well-presented dish. Special thanks to his wife Antonella Manzini for being an amazing camera woman and co-star of the class!
